Summary of Scholarship

Our high school musicians put in countless hours performing and practicing. The Band Boosters want to reward our talented musicians and encourage them to continue studying music. This scholarship is for high school musicians who want to study music in college and obtain a career performing professionally or teaching the next generation of musicians.

To be eligible, students must have completed at least 6 semesters of music classes and mainted a 3.0 GPA in those classes. The committee responsible for awarding these scholarships considers many factors, including: audition; participation  and performance at musical competitions; knowledge of instrument, techniques, and field; and financial need.
