Smith Ford Dealership's Auto Industry Scholarship

Summary of Scholarship Smith Ford Dealership is partnering with our school to offer scholarships to students interested in the automotive industry. Each year, Smith Ford will award 2 students with a $5,000 scholarship for trade school and a paid internship working in Smith Ford's maintenance and repairs department. The summer internship is a great opportunity for students to get some hands-on experience in the field while putting the skills they learned in trade school to work.
Smith Ford will reward the scholarship and internship to students interested in the following (or similar) categories: auto body technician, automotive detailing, automotive diagnostics, automotive high performance technology, automotive service technician, automotive technology, collision repair & refinishing, and diesel technology. Students must accept both the scholarship and internship. The internship may be completed any time after the first year of trade school. |
